Have a proper look around
Gheen Academy — training management platform
This is a complete, working copy of the platform we discussed, filled with invented data. You cannot break it: everything resets overnight, no email is ever sent from it, and it is not connected to the National eLearning Center. Try everything and press every button — that is what it is for.

The platform shows a different face to each kind of person. Start with the trainee account — that is the experience your own customers will have, and everything else exists to serve it.

Five things to try yourself
- Play a video, then try to skip ahead. Progress will not move — it counts real watching, not a button press.
- Finish an assessment. The mark appears immediately, with part marks where a question has more than one right answer.
- Open a certificate, then verify its serial. Anyone can check it from a public page without signing in.
- Sign in as a trainer and look for another trainer’s course. It will not be there — each trainer sees only their own courses and trainees.
- Open the national reporting screen. Every learning event is recorded and ready to send, with no daily action from your staff.
A small card follows you from screen to screen with one step at a time, and opens the right screen for you. Hide it whenever you like. Questions? Write to us directly.
